Steep 1 tbsp to 12 oz boiling water, covered, for 5-20 minutes. Strain well* and sweeten with raw honey if desired.
*Mullein leaf contains very fine hairs on the leaves that can be irritating to some unless strained through a fine filter. We recommend straining this blend through a coffee filter, paper tea bag, muslin bag, or cheesecloth before consuming.
